About 

With over 19 years of practice and field experience, I have designed and supervised commercial, residential and industrial projects.   I am skilled at providing 3-D visual representations, detailed conceptual designs, and accurate plans for clients and contractors.  I am also fully capable of creating planning and construction drawings and schedules, and am proficient with the following programs. Currently in process of achieving Licensure in the state of california.

Utilise softwares such as Revit, Autocad and Bluebeam for design and coordination items.
Meet with city officials to discuss approval process requirements and fulfil approval goals matching project schedule.
Perform site visits to determine multiple factors before implementing construction drawing phase of projects and
perform Construction Administration for multiple projects.
Attend seminars such as ISPE events to network with vendors and clients
Compile NCARB AXP record for hours to be able to begin ARE exams
Work on Innovative projects internally to help better the company and industry
