About

I have over 25 years of experience in the industry managing high-profile projects ranging in size from 500 square feet to 150,000 square feet, with project budgets valuing upwards of $800 Million dollars. Over the course of my career, I have been employed in the architectural, engineering, construction and project management fields. I have successfully managed residential, retail, hotel, office/commercial, IT/ media/broadcasting, not-for-profit, educational, and financial projects within budget and on schedule, earning the highest accolades on client satisfaction surveys.

My primary responsibilities throughout my career have involved overseeing commercial tenant improvement, new build out and relocation projects from lease negotiations through design, construction and move in. As the sole representative for the client, I was charged with reviewing and negotiating all contracts, supervising a team of in-house staff, consultants and contractors, as well as monitoring and providing updates on all project costs and timelines. My extensive architectural background and attention to detail has enable me to assure each client that all projects would be completed within the highest standards of quality.

One of my many successful relationships in New York City was with the Fidelity Investment Group. I was fortunate to spend almost four (4) years with this organization as their owner’s representative for all their New York and New Jersey facilities. Throughout my time with the Fidelity Investment Group, I managed all new construction and renovation projects for each of their corporate office facilities. Each project involved a number of high-end audio visual requirements for Fidelity’s boardrooms, conference rooms and trading floors. My duties included overseeing operations, forecasting budgets for future capital improvement projects, providing due diligence reports for prospective real estate investments, as well as, all senior project management responsibilities.

Throughout my eight (8) years as a Senior Project Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle, I was also fortunate to oversee a number of AV/IT/media/broadcasting, theatrical and arena/stadium projects. I managed the relocation of MSG Media from Madison Square Garden to Two Pennsylvania Plaza, as well as was involved with the audio visual/broadcast team during the Madison Square Garden Renovation project. Both projects involved extensive audio visual and broadcast studio requirements along with having a full understanding of how the new state of the art lighting, rigging, scenery and audio visual equipment would function within a new environment. I also managed the relocation of WNYC Radio from City Hall to Varick Street in New York City. The WNYC Radio project encompassed multiple floors of broadcast studios and recording studios. A new performance space, named The Jerome L. Greene Performance Space, was also created on the ground floor with a broadcast/recording studio, high-end theatrical lighting and state of the art audio visual equipment. Throughout this project I interfaced directly with a number of audio visual, broadcast and theatrical lighting consultants in order to properly complete the project to the client’s satisfaction. I also recently completed a high-end auditorium for the Simons Foundation on Madison Avenue and the Xinhua News Agency in Times Square. Both projects involved the coordination and installation of extensive audio visual equipment.
