Agenda and Minutes: Issue detailed agenda and accurate, timely minutes for project meetings during all project phases.
Schedules: Develop a master project schedule. Update status of the project schedule monthly and included in a monthly status report.
Project Status Report: Prepare a monthly status report containing a summary of the critical decisions and information required of the client, as well as the following information: an update to the project schedule as compared to the planned activities contained in the master schedule; an update of the project costs to date as well as indicative costs that may be incurred by the conclusion of the project
