About 

I believe the buzz word "sustainability" is something that has come and will go.  I think what is considered sustainable today, will become tomorrow's everyday.  I am happy to be a part of this movement.

Employment

Client relations played the biggest role in my everyday tasks. My contributions to the drawings and specifications began at programmatic and schematic designs. I worked as a team through construction documentation and construction administration, coordinating construction documentation with engineers and verifying construction is progressing as scheduled. Furniture selections were presented to the client near the completion of construction. LEED administrator for Platinum Healthcare Facility.

Awards 

1st LEED Platinum Healthcare Facility in New York State, Other

As the LEED administrator, coordinator and designer, I became the magic hand for the William F. Ryan Community Healthcare Center first LEED building. This facility became the first LEED Platinum Healthcare facility in the state of New York and the 7th healthcare facility in the World to be awarded this level certification.

As the LEED AP on the project, I assited the non-accredited administrator in collecting documentation for compliance with the LEED rating system. The project, E2, was awarded LEED Certified in 2008.
