Visited sites; created floor plans, elevations and custom furnishing details that were consistent with design concept; decreased client approval process with successful selection of color, fabric, furniture and accessories; designed tile layouts and space planned custom kitchens and bathrooms; visited showrooms, coordinated with sales reps and oversaw installations.

Projects included high-end residential properties in Newport Beach, Pacific Palisades, Palos Verdes and Northern California.

Transformed and developed rough designs into presentation drawings and construction documents; researched and specified furniture, fixtures, equipment and finishes; spaced planned tens of thousands of square feet; 3D modeled and rendered all areas of architecture and interiors; designed and constructed design presentation boards.

Projects included high-end residential homes in Beverly Hills and a 750-story hotel/mixed-use development in downtown Los Angeles.
