Primary support for the design and restoration of Daniel Burnham's Filene's Department store. This Nationally Registered Historic Building is being adapted as part of a multi-use project which includes a new residential tower and commercial and retail hub in the center of Boston's historic Downtown Crossing neighborhood. I supported the project manager from Schematic design to construction and have been actively involved in all facets of the project including:
- Design of egress and life safety systems
- Design and documentation of curtain wall, storefront, skylight, and roof assemblies
- Finish selection
- Shop drawing review and coordination
- Site observation and coordination meetings

Project management for two New York interior renovations & short-listed competition entry. Responsibilities include schematic design, digital modeling and rendering, writing specifications, construction documents, correspondence with clients and consultants, bidding & negotiations, preliminary cost analysis, Site inspection.

Responsibilities included designing and co-authoring employee handbook, creating employee schedules, conflict resolution, and operation of HP plotter, Universal Laser Systems laser cutter, Dimension and Z-Corp 3D printers.

Assisted with the design and production of two entries into international architecture competitions, the production of presentation-quality drawings, and preliminary design sketches for renovations of a bathroom in a private NYC residence.

Griffin Industries purchased near 20 dilapidated shotgun houses in Lexington, KY with the intention of renovating them for new inhabitants. My responsibilities included demolition of existing interiors, building non-structural wood stud partition walls, removing and re-applying shingles, and the design and construction of a canopy for the porch of a multi-family residence.
