Bowtech, NA - Everything

Bowtech is a manufacturer of high tech archery products.

Determined to learn and absorb as much as I could about the manufacturing industry, I did a little bit of everything. I sought exposure to many faces of the business including inventory control, production, purchasing, R&D, shipping, receiving, sales, marketing, and accounting.

During my time at Bowtech, I was asked to join a Kaizen team created to implement lean manufacturing practices within the company. With a background in architecture, I worked closely with upper management to test, research, improve, and implement more efficient manufacturing practices.
