At Aidits LLC our goal is to design and develop innovative products.

We currently have a line of collegiate licensed novelty products, and have ongoing projects in a variety of consumer product markets.

Our business strategy depends largely on innovation, investigation, and execution. We innovate, then we put in a lot of research up front to decide whether there is a promising and scalable market for a particular product, and if so, we execute. This lean approach allows us to avoid a lot of risk, and move quickly if we see potential.

Trained as a project Manager for a small general contractor. During this short period I managed a $250,000 renovation, as well as co-managed several larger construction projects. In addition to managing constructions projects, work included, creating project schedules, assembling bid packages, receiving bid packages, client meetings, site meetings, managing clients, subcontractors and workers on site.

Bowtech, NA - Everything

Bowtech is a manufacturer of high tech archery products.

Determined to learn and absorb as much as I could about the industry, I did a little bit of everything. I was exposed to many faces of the business including inventory control, production, purchasing, R&D, shipping, marketing, and accounting.

For a few months I was a member of a Kaizen team created to implement lean manufacturing practices within the company. I worked closely with upper management to test, research, improve, and implement more efficient manufacturing practices.
