Based on my skills in architecture, project coordination and construction administration I am confident that I would be a great addition to architectural teams both large and small. My experience in New York City has enabled me to gain experience in many different building types and end uses.
Projects for New York City firms include a new ground up residential mid rise in Long Island City, NY that was built in 2009. During my involvement with this project I personally produced drawings and coordination for the entire building envelope and facade including developing custom details for the project.
I also provided architectural services for an exclusive private residence interiors project in Beverly Hills, CA for a New York interior design firm. On this project I produced detailed drawings, custom details and coordination for full working drawings including custom cabinetry and mill work.
In addition to previous construction administration experience, I was also construction administrator for a private architectural firm on the Jonas Bronck School project for New York City Schools.
Other projects while I was employed by New York City design firms include producing and coordinating addition, alteration and renovation projects in office, retail, hotel hospitality, private club and restaurant experience as well as high end single family residences in Armonk, NY, Greenwich, CT and Westchester County, NY. I am experienced in both Traditional/Classic and Modern/Contemporary Detailing.
