About

Eric Barr is currently a full-time designer at Blackline Studio in downtown Indianapolis, where he is actively working to reconceptualize dwelling within an urban renewal of the midwestern (sub)urban context.

Eric holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. Formerly, he taught studios and technology courses at the University of Virginia's School of Architecture. While on faculty, he co-taught the Re-centering Delhi program as Research Director with Chair Inaki Alday. These studies led Eric to join Aldayjover Architectos in Spain, designing new town centers and cultural institutions near New Delhi. His current work resides in architecture, constructed landscapes, urban renewal, and design visualization.
