About

HIGHLIGHTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

 In 2011, I completed the design, project management and construction management of the Riverdale Town Center project including the City Hall, Community Center, Amphitheater and Town Green. The buildings have been critically acclaimed for their design and energy conservation and received the “Best of the Best” awards for interior design. This architecturally and financially complicated project was developed at the height of the recession utilizing city bonds and multiple government grants and was completed on time and below budget.
 As Principle of Financial Management, I completed the reorganization of finances and operations for Frandsen Architects, culminating in the doubling of billings over a two year period.
 Beginning as a “one-man office” in my home in 1991, I founded, managed and grew an Architectural / Interiors / Facilities Management firm over a 15 year period.  I directed and coordinated all architectural projects and financial issues while successfully marketing international clients AT&T, Home Depot and AIG Insurance.
 In 2001, I completed a three year downsizing project with AT&T Global Real Estate, AT&T Asset Management and AT&T Property Management which ultimately reduced the corporate real estate portfolio by over 1.3 million square feet in the SE United States region. This was accomplished through building re-stacks, systems furniture redesign and the establishment of new office and building standards.
 From 1980 thru 1989 I managed the operations of Rosas-Guyon Engineers, a full service MEP firm, and co-founded Prime Design-Build, Inc. Beginning as a two-man office in a garage, I established office standards and objectives while managing the growth of the firms to a staff of over 10 architects, engineers and management personnel.
