Responsibilities include managing all aspects of design-build projects from initial concept design phase through construction as well as personnel management. This entails taking part in and directing project through proposal and contract documents, building design, construction document production, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.

Building types worked on include medical offices, car dealerships, luxury residential, and restaurants. Structures worked with include steel, precast concrete, concrete masonry, and light gauge steel framing. I have a well rounded understanding of the various systems which make and support a building, we often do engineering in house for structural and mep systems.

Familiar working with various types of clientele from small home owners to high profile business franchise owners. Have worked on zoning changes and development proposals with aldermen, City of Chicago, lawyers, and developers. Building departments worked with include Chicago, Countryside, Elgin, Oak Park, Naperville, Long Grove, Arlington Heights, and Wheeling.

Currently pursing licensure, exams begun.

Projects worked on include medical office buildings, large car dealerships, daycare facilities, various retail and restaurant buildings, residential, and critical envelope evaluations.
