About 

My name is Paul Frank and I have many years experience working in the construction industry. During this time I have continually worked in a project designer capacity working with, and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, senior management and city departments. Additionally I have general IT and sales experience. My focus has always been to deliver clients their dream homes while satisfying the builders' needs with a buildable design.

Responsible for producing construction documents using AutoCAD, sales, job costing, estimating, purchasing, bids, contract negotiations, and liaising with builders, other architects and home-owners.

Designed projects in the Lakewood area of North Dallas worth $400,000 to $1,200,000, responsible for bringing projects to a conclusion on time and on budget, headed a committee to get projects approved via the Historical Districts. Created site/plot plans, framing details, and other construction documents using AutoCAD and Architectural Desktop needed for permits. Also produced brochures and presentation documents needed by the sales department.

Implemented and managed the Architecture and Starts department, handled all quality assurance for both teams, worked with management on new product lines, worked with outside contractors and other project managers to resolve problems, liaised with sales to develop new home designs, developed an options pricing catalogue to be used by sales and purchasing departments, over saw the transition to new purchasing software. Responsible for all residential product development from concept through to producing construction documents using AutoCAD.
