I will be graduating from Masters degree in International architecture and development from Oxford Brookes University and have a Bachelors in Architectural Science from Ryerson University in Toronto. I also have consequently worked for over 1.5 years in a Diamond and Schmitt Architects, a firm pioneering in environmental design in Canada. Furthermore, since 2007 I have been working in eastern villages of Nepal on various projects and have recently co-founded LearningGrounds.org, a platform to experiment alternative solutions rooted to particular cultures and ecologies of the village communities.
I hope to receive an opportunity to share my experiences and further contribute to a firm in New York.

Diamond Schmitt Architects, Student Architect
2010 [summer term] Worked on conceptual phase of condominium developments in various sites. Researched and studied various building typologies and landscape projects. Compiled presentation packages and drawings for client meetings.
2008 [1 year contract ] Worked with the principal architect, Michael Leckman, to conceptualize and design a building within the historic fabric of Don Valley Brickworks, a sustainable redevelopment project in the city of Toronto. Responsible for the research and preparation for presentations, panels, booklets and drawings for meetings and press conference.
2006 [summer term] Worked on a team with Jack Diamond, Michael Leckman on the winning competition for New Brunswick Museum. Worked on physical and digital models. Compiled autocad drawings for various projects.
