PGP is founded on the principle that design professionals and their clients play a critical role in maintaining the health of the environment. The client's land is analyzed by understanding its underlying structure, its ecology, the existing infrastructure that serves it and the local culture in which it exists. By combining the latest GIS mapping techniques with a conventional design approach to provide its clients with accurate, detailed and informative land plans, we create land plans that add value while lowering the ecological impact of development, reducing auto-dependency, creating walkable communities and allowing the coexistence of people and wildlife.  We work collaboratively with like-minded professionals from across the spectrum of urban design and place making. This team-based approach has been an essential feature for us to build a diverse business network in the United States and Southeast Asia.
