About

Over twenty (20) years of experience in architecture has enabled my performance in all phases of a project from conceptual design through construction administration; including detailed specification writing and document review for both design (i.e. contract documents) and construction (submittals, shop drawings, etc.). I interact with owners, consultants and contractors constantly throughout each project.

I understand the complexities of multiple prime contractor work and have contributed successful results for owners by lowering change order percentages considerably below industry standards by participation in the production of complete, accurate and highly detailed construction documentation.  I work closely with firm principals and staff throughout the project to ensure the best results for the client.

Education

Drexel University, BArch, Architecture

This was a cooperative work study evening program which allowed me to work full time in an architecture firm while attending evening classes. This was a typical design studio architecture program with technical classes, ie. structural analysis, mechanical systems, etc.

I was also fortunate to go to Italy for a summer study tour.
