About

I am an Alumna of the Illinois Institute of Technology College of Architecture, having attained a Professional Bachelors of Architecture, specializing in Landscape Architecture and Architecture History/Theory. Currently I am pursuing an online Masters Degree with the University of Washington in Infrastructure Planning and Management.

While at IIT most of my studio projects tended to be large scale urban design problems, because those have always seemed to be the more interesting problems to solve design wise. However I am not naive enough to think that that is the only area in which I would be happy and am hoping to use my job search to expand the types of projects I can work on and learn as much as I can while acquiring my hours for licensing.

Through my studies at IIT, there was a strong emphasis on production in the studio environment. This production was in the form of physical / digital models, drawings, diagrams, anything of a visual nature to help express the process of our design and explain its purpose. I am a self-motivated and quick learning hard worker who knows how to work effectively and contribute productively in a team setting. I know how important it is to maintain a deadline and am capable of doing multiple tasks at one time and manage my time to reach that deadline.
