About 

Architectural designer with extensive experience in high end residential, museum and gallery work as well as the more cost-conscious world of coworking spaces. My background in Construction Administration experience has allowed me to gain expertise in best practices for construction and detailing and make informed on-site decisions. I am seeking to join a design team that values meticulous high-end aesthetics and rigorous detailing.

Employment 

WeWork, New York, NY, US, Project Architect

-Supervised schematic design and design documentation for coworking spaces.
-Facilitated the completion of handoff documents for Architects and Engineers of Record alongside internal interior designers, project managers and MEP engineers.
-Coordinated trades during the construction document phase and reviewed Architect of Record drawing sets to confirm the design adhered to brand standards.
-Oversaw upwards of 18 projects at a time and ensured they remained on track for a timely completion and adhered to the WeWork brand aesthetic.

-Principal design team member for the award winning Brant Foundation Art Building.
-Completed all phases of the project from schematic design to construction admin.
-Managed the conversion of 9,100 sf existing office and 26,000 sf of existing galleries into new exhibition spaces at Sotheby’s New York.
-Collaborated on the design for an 11-acre complex for the storage and reproduction of Ming Dynasty furniture in Beijing, PRC.

-Designed, prototyped and fabricated 5+ consumer products and their packaging, including Stickbulb, a modular LED fixture fabricated from reclaimed wood.
-Designed architectural installations, graphics for product releases, promotional material and product catalogs.
-Sourced materials, inspiration objects and fabrication partners for products and projects including toys, home goods and pop-up convention booths.
