About 

My professional experience ranges from conceptual design through construction varying from extremely high-end apartments and homes to large scale residential developments and retail spaces. I have a passion for design and have participated in design competitions in a group as well as individually. I am interested in meaningful Architecture and continue to study classical and contemporary styles. I am an ambitious self-starter, result-oriented person with strong organizational skills. Project manager for high-end apartment and brownstone renovation and restoration projects. Attending of client meetings, guiding projects from design development through completion. Responsible for production, overseeing, and review of client presentation drawings, construction documents, DOB drawings, and LMPC filings. Review, redlining, and coordination of MEP drawings, Structural Engineering drawings, shop drawings for many different types of trades including architectural woodwork, custom fixtures and fittings, cabinet and door hardware, windows and doors. Management and review of material selection, FF&E specifications, purchase orders, job-site inspections, project schedule and punch lists. Developed productive relationships with various consultants including: landmarks consultants, engineers, code consultants, construction sub-contractors for all trades, expediters, landscape architects, interior designers, and high-end vendors.
