Adam Gidaszewski-Lassalle

San Jose, CA, US

About

Since graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture in 2011, Adam has gained invaluable experience in multiple multi-family and commercial projects throughout the greater Los Angeles area. His experience ranges from programming and pre-design all the way through permitting and construction administration. Adam has recently transitioned into the custom single-family residential niche of the industry.

Having had the opportunity to work as an Assistant Construction Manager on numerous multi-family affordable housing projects, Adam has gained vast amounts of hands-on, construction knowledge that he constantly relies on in his daily responsibilities.

Adam has worked on many LEED projects and is constantly aiming to understand how the built environment can better impact the user groups and individuals who inhabit his works. In addition to working towards his LEED accreditation, he is also actively pursuing involvement in the Delos-WELL program to increase human wellness as an integral part to design.

Adam thrives in high-pace, highly collaborative work environments and enjoys being integrated into a team or delegating roles and responsibilities when needed.
