About 

Originally from New Orleans, Marc has traveled the United States extensively and has also spent time traveling through Puerto Rico and Europe - specifically, France and Italy.  Over the last fifteen years, his passion for the theater has lead him to volunteer his free time to off- Broadway and off-off-Broadway  theaters all over the New York Metropolitan area.  Marc’s well-established ability at managing and problem solving reveals a real passion in personal services.  He is an Experienced Gatekeeper with a demonstrated success in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the personal and the professional life of the COO.

• Perform highly diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support to the CEO, which by nature of the position involves high-level clients contact and exposure to sensitive information necessitating the considerable use of tact, diplomacy and judgment. Able to deal with people at all levels both internally and externally, the ability to deal with senior/corporate level management.

• Interact with all levels within the organization and serve as a communication bridge between the CEO, Executive team, clients and vendors.

• Act as “gatekeeper” by managing all incoming information (email correspondence, phone calls, correspondence, and mail); manage flow of communication to and from the CEO.

• Strong attention to detail and follow through with travel arrangements and manage multiple projects. Coordinate heavy executive calendar, scheduling issues, avoid conflict, and confirm appointments.

• Process monthly expense reports timely and accurately; following up on billing and collection of receipts.

• Plan and coordinate all detail of meetings including heavy correspondences, spreadsheets and presentation materials and location, meals, IT set up, etc.
