-Architectural designer for stations, alignment planning study options and presentation production for proposed 14 station rapid bus transit line in Montgomery County/Washington DC area.

ADA Assessment – Maryland Transit Authority

-Assessed existing MTA light rail, Metro and Marc stations for compliance with American Disabilities Act compliancy. Documented site visits for compliances issues and produced written recommendation reports to MTA.

-Architectural lead designer and coordinator for proposed station expansion and egress integration with existing station. Developed and produced ADA code compliancy and load calculations report MTA and Amtrak studies.

Gateway South Entertainment District – Private Development group

-Master planning for concept design proposal for proposed Casino and Entertainment District in Baltimore near M&T Bank Stadium. Created presentation renderings in Photoshop and Sketch-up 3d massing models.
