- Supervise construction document teams for projects ranging from $500K to over $30M
- Continually meet project document deadlines as scheduled
- Manage projects from client proposals through design, documentation and construction for projects budgeted between $200K to $2M

- Schematically create, develop and finalize designs for multiple project types, interior and exterior
- Implement and analyze current building code requirements for all building construction types
- Prepare complete drawing documents—specializing in plans, sections and details via current CAD and BIM software programs

- Interact with clients, discuss new project parameters, generate proposals and create design fees and budgets
- Maintain current client relationships and generate new projects on a repeat-business basis
- Collaborate & coordinate with design product representatives, including furniture, finishes and equipment for implementation into project design
- Initiate sustainable design practices—participated on design teams for multiple LEED® Silver registered projects
- Administer project construction, respond to field questions, submittals and payment applications for both public and private work
