Interior and exterior renovation of a 1920’s modernist home in Los Feliz, CA.  Worked alongside a Licensed Architect to take the project from schematic design through construction administration and certificate of occupancy. Was responsible for the construction document set, permitting and revisions as well as details and all RFI’s for the project during construction.
