BENOY Ltd designed this 37.5 Acre Shopping Center within an opencast quarry where rock was extracted to build the M25 Motorway around London.

The project consisted of a number of Anchor Units with associated Retail Units on two Levels with deck & surface car parking together with a Gas Station, located around the water pit where the rock was extracted that ultimately became a landscaped lake acting a focal point for the Shopping Centre.
