As part of the Newark Redevelopment Plan, Heritage architecture is deeply involved in the design of dwellings that re-activate public areas and inspire change in the community. This 43 unit mixed use apartment building between Washington St and Crawford st seeks to provide a comfortable living environment and to revitalize the neighborhood.
