FSB Architects + Engineers, OKlahoma City, Director of Design / Senior Associate

Responsible for the masterplanning and conceptual design through design development for multiple commercial projects for private as well public clients in federal, state and city governments, higher education, corporate and healthcare markets. Additionally, I am currently responsible for the Design Department staff of 8 architects and interior designers. This includes hiring talented design professionals, providing oversight and guidance on project designs, mentoring young professionals and performance evaluations, etc. Additionally, I have been charged with the responsibility of marketing our Corporate Sector for the firm. This involves extensive networking efforts, promotional events and following up with potential leads discovered through those networking efforts.
