Managed store design for various International Markets: South Korea (3 years); Spain, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, South-East Europe, and parts of the Middle East (3 years); Thailand (2 years), China (6 months).
Led and took responsibilities for the design of all the new and existing stores applying land use code, sign code, ADA and Design code. Led and participated in design reviews. Developed schematics and design standards. Conducted scope and site visits, managed the construction documentation process, and collaborated with regional construction, development, and operations teams. Participated in communications and negotiations with landlords and authorities. Managed a team of designers and drafters as well as outsourcing architects and MEP engineers.
