My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the detailing Designing process of both residential and commercial properties and in the management of complex finance projects in construction at international levels. I have experienced persistence in strategic planning, operating with the tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets which I have helped to plan and overcome crisis where necessary. My own cosmopolitan background and analytical thought/interests in other cultures together, with a determination to succeed, have left me confident to believe that I can handle negotiations that require the reconciliation of different national approaches to otherwise common problems.
