• Select, design, and purchase furnishings, art works, and 
accessories. 

• Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, 
fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint, wall coverings, artwork, 
furniture, and related items. 

• Interface regularly with clients during the design process and preparation of presentations, to ensure the design is executed and developed throughout the process of the design phase.
• Estimate material requirements and costs, put together elaborate budget analysis and breakdowns, and present the scope of design to all clients for approval.
• Render design ideas in form of paste-ups and drawings. 


• Advise clients on interior design factors such as space planning, 
layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color 
coordination. 

• Supervision and scheduling of work hours, 
resolve conflicts, and determine salaries. 


• Conducted job site visits, and worked closely with architects and construction teams.
• Plan and design interior environments for commercial spaces, show homes, as well as high-end residential projects
