it's refreshing to hear of a new owner of an architectural modern masterpiece who loves, cares for and restore the house w/the help of arch. historians...hopefully more wall street collectors will start looking around the US for a modern arch. icon to bring back to life...i am tired of hearing of lightning speed demos of modern arch. houses...
anyways, it made me smile...
