A competition for the new urban development on the left side of the river bank Sava.  The concept is based on meshing two distinct urban strategies - modern grid and amorphic fabric of the old city block which follows natural terrain contours. Programmatically urban proposal is based on striation of the functions into zones - the green belt, housing belt, public/garden zone, and commercial zone
