The goal was to design an elementary school based in Boalsburg PA.

The scope of the BIM based modeling that perfectly sets up a platform for building simulation in the early stages of design is explored. Since the environment was an academic studio where six disciplines were collaborating in the building process, it was interesting to understand how each team used the BIM model for a more accurate analysis and prediction of the building performances throughout the stages of design, that would eventually lead up to construction and operation.
