About

The ability to generate a full set of construction documents from start to finish for a contractor pricing set and the ability to fulfill submittal requirements for a managing agent or building architect prior to DOB review has become my greatest strength in producing well at an architectural firm.

This highly reflects my most recent experience with R. Morgan Rolontz Architecture in Manhattan.

The type of position I am seeking is Architectural Project Designer, one tier below Project Management.

Experience Level: Mid-Level Years of Experience: 10 years excluding a few years on the non-traditional path.
