Responsible for the digitization of historic building plans and as-built drawings within the Los Angeles area for modern renovations.

Construction Management work includes historic preservation work as a Project Engineer at the Variety Arts Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles and Urth Caffe in Orange, as well as assistance in other small projects. Work at these projects included writing RFI's (Requests for Information), Submittal Packages, PCI's (Price Change Information), attending weekly construction site meetings, and correspondence between the client, general contractor, subcontractors, and architect.

Architectural work includes working personally with the firm's historic preservation architect on the restoration and adaptive reuse of Downtown Pomona's Historic YMCA through surveys/site visits and architectural drawings.

Most of the work completed at Landin & Associates was residential work, however, it did include some commercial projects as well. Commercial projects included designing five 12,000 square foot agricultural warehouses in Adelanto, California and a tire shop in Murrieta, California. Residential projects included additions and new construction in the Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties. Other work roles included 3D modeling and rendering, as well as communication with clients, consultants, and city offices.
