Education

Tulane University, New Orleans, LA, US, MArch, Architecture

Though my primary program was within the school of architecture as an M.Arch candidate, I chose to pursue some other interests of mine while enrolled, such as ballet, painting, and screen printing. Within the school of architecture, I took a particular interest in digital fabrication courses, design build studios, and technology workshops. In addition to my M. Arch degree, I am anticipating a Minor in Urban Studies upon my graduation in May 2016.

IaaC - The Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia, Barcelona, ES, Architecture

As a study abroad student, I chose to attend the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia because of its makeup of international students and its stance on cutting edge architectural technologies. While enrolled, I developed a proficiency in Grasshopper, learned how to program and use Arduino-controlled devices, and used tools such as large-scale laser cutters and 3D printers. I was able to work on a larger urban scale in this program, which sparked my interest in pursuing an Urban Studies minor.
