FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Alan and Irving Zuckerman, principals of Verticon LLD, a full service construction and renovation company headquartered in Monroe, New York, announce the opening of the recently renovated Star Liquors, one of the largest purveyors of wine and liquors in the Mid-Hudson Valley region. The completely renovated 10,000 square foot liquor store is just a few doors down from its former address in the Kmart Shopping Center , also in Monroe .
Partners Alan Glass of Monroe and Alan Short of Harriman credit Verticon with construction management skills that enabled them to complete the move of Star Liquors on time and according to budget. “With the holidays quickly moving up on us, any delay would have resulted in lost revenues. We selected Verticon because of their reputation for dependability,” comments Alan Glass. Alan Short adds that “they coordinated everything from choosing an architect to selecting the sub-contractors—the plumbers, floor finishers, carpenters, painters and electricians. Then they supervised the scheduling to make sure the project moved liked clockwork so no time or money was wasted.”
The Zuckerman family has developed and built quality commercial facilities in the region since the 1950's. While the Zuckerman name is often associated with larger projects like Westgate Corporate Park in Goshen, the firm provides the same standards of excellence to projects of all scopes and sizes. Their range of services includes site selection, program planning, , renovation, construction management, general contracting and more.
