About 

I am a South African born, British licensed architect with over 12 years of experience. I have extensive background in solid design and construction of built projects across various sectors; ranging from high-end residential to commercial, restaurant and bars, boutique hotels, educational and office projects. 

I am passionate about design and sustainable architecture especially of emerging construction materials and methods in the developing world and their impact on traditional aspects of culture.

I am a highly organized and productive individual with strong management and marketing skills. I have good verbal and communication skills with an ability to articulate ideas in a professional manner and coordinating the efforts of the varied disciplines within the construction team.

Participated in all project phases, from concept stage, design development through to construction phase and completion.
Dealings with planning legislation and the relevant local planning authorities.
My role often involved design presentations and producing detailed drawing packages towards construction.
I worked closely with the rest of the project team in order to co-ordinate information of final construction drawings. Carried out site meetings, client meetings and project administration.
WOrked closely with client and interior designers on the development of interiors, finishes and specifications.
