PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
EXNING PS - NEW CLASSBASE EXTENSION (2012) - PROJECT VALUE £250k
Level 2 Information modelling has been considered for virtual construction. BIM execution plan was in place and BIM Protocols have been followed to erect new extension on a shared space with 4D and 5D Construction methods, my role is not only to create parametric families but also to do BIM Coordination.

GREAT BENTLEY PRIMARY SCHOOL (2010) – NEW EXTENSION – PROJECT VALUE £ 200K
Work comprised of new extension to provide new class base, staff room, accessible toilet and reception area.  I accomplished Level 1BIM model in Revit 2011 well within deadline and highlight better cost control on this project.

NORTH ESSEX PARTNERSHIP CAMHS – COLCHESTER (2011) - PROJECT VALUE: £ 6.7 MILLION
As an architectural technician, I assisted with the design and production of mechanical and electrical layouts. The project which acquired BREEAM excellent rating requires attention to detail in working drawings to reduce conflicts during construction. Revit MEP

XCHANGE – STOW MARKET SUFFOLK (2011) - PROJECT VALUE: £ 1.2 MILLION
The design of Xchange project ‘the mix’ in Suffolk consists of multipurpose youth facility and residential units. I played a major role in creation of plans include architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical layouts. Revit Architecture and Structures 2011

THORNDOWN SCHOOL – CAMBRIDGE(2012) - PROJECT VALUE: £ 9.8 MILLION - WIP
Several disciplines are using BIM and sharing 3D information for collaboration and coordination. I am a BIM coordinator and taking care of Revit Central Model which would be used to develop schedules and for future asset management.

SAFFRON WALDEN AND BASILDON HUB SPACE PLANNING – ESSEX (2011) - PROJECT VALUE: £ 300K
Revit was utilised to architecturally remodel interior space of a local authority client moving into a restricted height building with tapered ceiling and minimal floor space for 60 desks

KING HEDGES PRIMARY SCHOOL – CAMBRIDGE COUNTY COUNCIL-PROJECT VALUE: £ 245K
Work comprised of new extension to provide new main entrance, staff room, admin office and meeting room.  I accomplished design and drawings on Revit 2011

LIBERTY SCHOOL – MERTON BOROUGH COUNCIL (2010) - PROJECT VALUE: £ 1.2 MILLION
AutoCAD, sketch up, Photoshop and Illustrator been used to produce presentation slides of a feasibility study of new build in Merton London resulting approval of design and currently work in progress in Revit 2011.

BURNT MILL SCHOOL – SCHOOL DIRECT – (2009) - PROJECT VALUE: £ 645K
Burnt mill school drama studio project, comprised the extension of the existing drama studio to provide an improved teaching and performance space. Alongside the extension essential planned maintenance works were undertaken which included the replacement of roof coverings to several adjoining teaching blocks and the replacement of existing windows and doors. To satisfy a planning condition, some extensive landscaping works were necessary which included the construction of an external curved amphitheatre. The project was a good learning curve and headline of my career

HELENA ROMANES – SCHOOL DIRECT – (2009) - Project Value: £ 400k
Work comprised of new dining hall extension to provide new main entrance, staff room and meeting room.  My role was to carry out the full construction drawing set with assistance of structure engineers.
