Atlantic City Holocaust Memorial

This memorial was to be located on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The memorial channels the anger and destruction of the horrific acts performed during the Holocaust. The wall represents the victims, the survivors, and anyone else that was greatly affected by this dark period in history. The wall has cuts and metal pieces stabbing through it which symbolizes the emotional voids and physical assaults and pain felt by those harmed and persecuted by the Nazis. The harshness of this memorial is to evoke an emotion and produce a world of peace and freedom of such terrible acts in the present and future.
