A new 2 storey, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence for a retired couple. Completed while working at Odden Rodrigues Architects. Working with the Principal Architect Paul Odden I was responsible for the contract documentation (including local authority submissions for development and building approvals), as well as for partial contract administration.

The house was completed in 2005
