I am currently living in Rzeszow, Poland, where I'm self employed, working freelance for a number of practices in Australia. Educated in Scotland, Singapore & Australia I graduated with Upper 2nd class honours from the University of Western Australia in 2001.
I have gained over 10 years experience with an award winning Australian architectural practice known as ORA (Optimum Resource Architects) formerly known as Odden Rodrigues Architects. From 2006 to 2010 I performed two roles at ORA, one was being the practice manager and the other being project architect. During my time at ORA I was fortunate to work on numerous single residential projects, as well as the occasional commercial/hospitality project. Two of the single residential projects received commendations in the West Australian Architecture Awards.
In 2008 I passed the Australian National Certificate of Architectural Practice and I have been a Registered Architect with the Architects Board of Western Australia since.
I have also worked over the years at the University of Western Australia in different capacities; Archicad tutor, Technology and the Built Environment tutor, Design Assistant & Guest Design Critic.
I am always looking for new opportunities and experiences to expand my knowledge and skills, and will seriously consider any job offer anywhere in the world.
I am a dual citizen holding both British & Australian citizenship. My British citizenship allows me to work throughout the European Union and my Australian citizenship allows me to apply for an E3 visa in the USA. (The E3 visa allows Australian nationals, along with their spouses and children, to come to the US to work in a specialty occupation.)
