About

My career as an Architect ( www.micotti.it) has developed over twenty eight years, Through my profession I had the chance to specialize and work in some increasingly complex and multi-cultural projects and with their staffs at international levels. I have experience in: strategic forward-planning; operating within the tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets which I have helped to plan; methodical administration to deadlines, and the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision - making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter - relations). My own cosmopolitan background and analytical interests in other cultures, together with a command of several European languages, has made me capable in handling negotiations that require the reconciliation of different national approaches to common construction and architecture problems.

Studio Architect Micotti and Partners, established in 1985, is a studio interdisciplinary landscape architecture, urban design and planning. The firm’s full range of services includes planning, programming, designing, engineering and construction supervision of commercial-institutional facilities, malls, and new residential communities, with an emphasis on the creation of parks, play environments, and plazas in many international locations.

Social Skills

I always wanted to become an architect. Since I was I child I used to go to sites in order to see what the creation of a building was. In my opinion architecture is more than a simple job. Architecture is passion, but not my only one. I'm attracted to all the variety of arts such as painting, photography, sculpture and music. In my life I had the wonderful chance of travelling in about 54 countries, these experiences gave the chance of meeting new cities and new cultures and to consider myself as an open-minded person.
My beloved profession has given me the opportunity to express some of my own features such as enthusiasm, patience for hard work and to give my best under pressure. I use to work in a friendly manner and I am always willing to learn new skills and ideas, in order to improve my work. I'm good team worker, good skills in the resolution of design and construction details, for medium and large building, and civil structures.
