The uniqueness of Coney Island has made it a desirable place to live for the more adventurous of NYC’s residents. Situated in between the Cyclone roller coaster and elevated subway lines, the challenges of building on this site is resolved through lifting the residential mass above the trains for noise mitigation and modular components which can be customized and arranged by its user. The outcome is a residential building that is as unique as the neighborhood it resides in.
