Tenant improvement of existing 1,600 SF retail store to new bar, charcuterie and dining area to be connected to adjacent fine dining restaurant. Developed concept design and presented design direction to client. Refined design development and drafted construction drawing set, including plans, elevations, sections, and details. Coordinated RFPs of general contractors, engineers, and food service consultants. Selected all FF&E for client approvals, and managed specifications book and vendor coordination. Lead site construction meetings, responded to RFI's and submittals, and reviewed shop drawings.
