Complete slab-to-slab build-out of a new 10,000 SF restaurant in a new casino/hotel, including host/entry, bar and lounge, charcuterie station, main dining, PDRs, and restrooms. Developed concept design and development, built and presented design presentation boards, and completed design development process. Drafted construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details. Selected FF&E, wrote and maintained specifications manual. Coordinated with engineers, lighting designers, food service consultants, and general contractor. Attended site meetings and provided construction administration. Answered RFIs, responded to submittals, and reviewed shop drawings.
