Michael E. Bowles Assoc. AIA, LEED GA
Received my Bachelor of Architecture degree from University of Oregon, with minors in landscape architecture and art history. I aim for a pure, thoughtful, and lyrical dimension in my work. Prior to joining the WA360 team, I was painting landscapes in Kyoto, and designing stages and interactive light installations for music festivals. At WA360, I spend my time in 3D modeling software, building our Revit family libraries, fine-tuning renderings, sketching by hand, and selecting materials, colors and finishes.
In my spare time, I enjoy live music, learning new things from new faces, and running through the woods with my German Shepard, Joplin.
Specialties: Proficient with Autodesk Revit (daily since 2011), AutoCAD, 3dStudio Max, Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, and Dreamweaver), Rhinoceros, SketchUp, Wordpress, Luz, Elation Emulation, Phoenix Live, Beyond LD.
Understanding of architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, art and architectural history, historic preservation, lighting design, and emerging technologies.
I am in an innovative thinker with an open mind who bonds with educators and thrives on exchanging insight.
