I am a Senior Project Architect with 14 solid years of experience in that position, and 17 years of experience overall.
My most recent work has been in ground-up, new construction, high-end residential structures, ranging in various vernacular styles from New England Colonial to Shingle Style. In major projects, the scopes comprised of properties with multiple buildings, typically including a Main House; Garage [with Pool Cabana facilities]; Boat/Lake House; etc. My involvement has been intensive throughout the project, from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. In recent years, i have also gained exposure to interiors work, as well as architect-led contracting, a form of design/build.
I also possess a strong background in a modern aesthetic, as evidenced by my participation in the architect of record team for Tod Williams' + Billie Tsien's Museum of American Folk Art, NY, NY; and my entries to various architectural ideas competitions [I was one of four winning finalists for the Designing the High Line Ideas Competition, NY, NY].
