Masters of Architecture graduate from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.  Currently enrolled in the NCARB Intern Development Program and looking to gain further experience towards architectural licensure.  Has scholastic and real world experience in many facets of the design and development process as well as experience with various building information modeling (BIM) software and green building documentation in programs such as Earthcraft (Virginia) and LEED.

Created site surveys, as built drawings, full construction documents, and submitted and expedited building permits for several residential projects in Arlington and Alexandria as well as a historic office renovation project in Old Town Alexandria Virginia.

Coordinated with on-site field managers to obtain additional necessary permits and assist making and permitting changes in field.

Completed renderings of plans and elevations of projects for magazine publications and the company website

Using Accubid Estimating software, I assisted in creating electrical contracting bids for a wide variety of projects ranging from HVAC replacements and retail tenant fit-outs to multi-million dollar new healthcare and university construction projects in New Jersey.

Coordinating with our team on-site, I created and modified AutoCAD documents for as-built conditions.
