I have decided to get in touch with you to present my personal and professional profile. I am in hope that you will consider this an informal application to your firm.

I have always been interested in Art and Design which developed into Architecture and Interior Design. In keeping with my interest, I studied in Valladolid University [Spain] a Bachelor Degree in Architecture.

During the 90’s, I collaborated in several professional studios in Valladolid and in Gijon, working on many different kind of Projects, some of them focused in the Residential market.
 
Subsequently, from 2000-2001, I had the opportunity to work in the development of Interior Design Projects for new Corporate Offices as well as Renovations of old ones, for TELEFONICA [the principal Spanish Telecommunications Company]. This was in Madrid.
After that experience, I decided to start my own Interior Design Firm in Gijon, where I’ve been developing my practice until the present.

Since I commenced my own studio, I have undertaken a wide range of projects for a wide variety of clientes and sectors. Some of these Projects include:

- Residential [private residences and apartments].
- Retail and Commercial ventures.
- Leisure-Hospitality [Bars and Pubs].
- Corporate Offices [Head Offices and Branch Offices].
- Exhibition Design [both permanent and temporary].
- Corporate Stands for Fairs.
- Industrial Design pieces [Corporate Items, Furniture design, Lighting pieces design to name a few].

And of course, playing many different roles on them, such us: 

- Commercial contacts [first interviews and contacts with clients].
- Conceptual and design phases.
- Technical documentation development [AUTOCAD].
- Installations, Finishes, Furniture [including design in some cases] and in others equipment.
- Budget studies.
- Project Management.

My qualifications and experience in both Architecture and Interior Design gives me the flexibility to undertake a number of different projects for a variety of clients. I consider that I am a serious and thorough professional who takes great pride in achievement of objectives within budget and time expectations. My combination of both creative and technical knowledge allows me to manage whole Projects on its different phases successfully.

I feel I am equally strong working independently or as part of a project team or group. I am motivated and enthusiastic. I am quick learner and have a very adaptable attitude, so I can guarantee a constant and sustained personal and professional growth.
