Impressions, home builder, formed in 1997 as a part of BGC group. The company is providing a complex product and offers the whole building package - from designing to the construction. I have been working on different types of projects which are covering the wide range of residential houses, in different stages of the building process.
I was working on variable designs of new houses - sketches, floor plans and elevations, making amendments and client changes on Impression standard house designs and making 3D renders of final products. This position required to check of all Developer guidelines and plan all sub-requirements to produce final contract drawings. My other task was to prepare visualizations, 3D renders and pictures for flyers and leaflets with promotional purposes and billboards. I was dealing with many aspects of building process and opinions on a daily basis using recently acquired knowledge of R-codes. As a member of the team I became more versatile in regards of making compromises between design, R-Codes and price requirements.

Alliance Builders is a medium size building company located in Perth, WA. The company is a builder of significant and iconic luxury homes, industrial warehouses, and commercial property as well as a designer and project manager in all these areas of property development. As registered ABSA assessors, Alliance Builders certify models for local Council approval as part of the National Housing Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS).
I was employed to work on several different projects, mainly to provide 3D modeling and create visualizations of the structures. I also produced rendered images, worked on the color scheme of components, produced architectural drawings, drafted floor plans, created details and elevations of buildings, including cabinetry, and prepared documentation for planning approval in accordance with local Council guidelines and regulations.
