Masters of Fine Arts design thesis.

This project addresses office workers' negative opinions of working in underground office environments, and especially their need for views and contact with nature.  This project acknowledges that irt is often not possible to have traditional windows in underground environments, and builds on the notion that further understanding is needed to determine the viability of various types of views and nature contact that are feasible for underground working environments.  These findings support the creation of an example underground working environment that attends to the workers' health and well-being in the absence of above ground windows.
